that shine in their communities. SOA offers an exclusive stage for personal
growth, confidence building, and global representation.
From young aspiring stars to experienced queens, our delegates embody
grace, intelligence, and the spirit of service. With divisions for children,
teens, and adults--SOA goes beyond the crown -- fostering mentorship, self
expression, and the values of excellence and resilience.

development, community service, and stage presence. Its mission is to crown
role models who are as impactful as they are beautiful inside and out.
The levels of competition:
- MISS INTERNATIONAL SOA ( Ultimate Title)
- MISS US AMERICA SOA ( heads to International Pageant)
- MISS TEXAS USA (heads to National Pageant )
- MISS EL PASO USA ( heads to State Pageant)
Appointed Titles:
- Appointed titles are available for all cities and states except for those with Directors / Pageants.
AGE DIVISION TITLES :
- TINY MISS ages 6-9
- LITTLE MISS ages 10-13
- TEEN ages 14-17
- MISS ages 18-24
- MS ages 25-40
- MRS ages 25 -40
- ELITE ages 40+
